In its article \u201cWe Crunched the Numbers and Found the Best College Bargains in Each State,\u201d The Penny Hoarder analyzed annual tuition cost, net cost, enrollment, acceptance rates and other factors for every college in the country with available data to produce a \u201cbang-for-your-buck ratio.\u201d<\/p>\n
