Friday, July 1, 12-4pm, Markdale Recreation Committee Kick Off to Summer Party at King Edward Park (75 Walker Street). Kids games and activities, including face painting, tattoos, and crafts; corn hole tournament; basketball skills and games; family yoga; and pickleball. Donation proceeds to M’Wikwedong Friendship Centre.

Saturday, July 2, dusk, Canada Day Fireworks at the Osprey Recreation Centre. Donations accepted at the gate by the Feversham 4-H Sheep Club. BBQ pork chop dinner 6-8pm, by the Feversham District Kinsmen – adults $20; children 12 and under $10.
